We provide shipping almost all over India. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays. For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 3 to 5 business days of shipping (business days exclude Sundays and other holidays). For other areas the product shipment may take 1-2 weeks depending on location. At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which Ashima Creations is not liable and would request its users to cooperate as Ashima Creations continuously tries to nought such instances. Also, Ashima Creations reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in unforeseeable cases or cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.
Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

You can conveniently seek a refund or exchange if the Item you received is in a ‘Damaged’ or ‘Defective’ state.To generate a valid return request, please ensure the following
– Product is unused and in original condition.
– All price tags and labels are in original condition
– The product is in original packaging
– There is a valid reason for return and the return request is generated within 2 days of delivery of the product.
– In case of damaged product, there is a video recorded at the time of opening the product
– In case of Refund, the entire amount paid by you is transferred to your account within 5 business days. Please note that the entire order amount will be refunded if and only if the above conditions are met when your order is returned back to the Seller
– Customers can cancel order only before the order has been shipped/dispatched. After the Product/s have been shipped, the customer cannot cancel the order.
